Take a moment or two to think back on how you have reacted to aggressive types in your life before:

Did you get riled up and ‘fight’ back?

Did you stand in shock, not knowing what to do, and then sometime after get upset or feel bad, ashamed, angry, etc?

Did you get defensive?

Did you want to run and hide?

Did you feel guilty?
